Volunteers are needed to help operate the Joe Foss Shooting Complex

The Joe Foss Shooting Complex is owned by Maricopa County Parks & Rec, managed by the Buckeye Sportsman Club, and run by an all volunteer staff.  This is a great opportunity for people who have time to help others enjoy the shooting sports and help the community. Opportunities to help operate the ranges at the Joe Foss Shooting Complex are available to everyone.  Please consider membership in the Buckeye Sportsman Club, the entity that operates the complex under contract with the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department.

The Buckeye Sportsman Club membership application form may be printed and then submitted at any regular meeting of the club.  More information about the club is found at www.buckeyesportsmanclub.org

You do not have to be a member of the Buckeye Sportsman Club to be a volunteer at the range.
As a non-club member volunteer, for each day you volunteer, you will receive 2 free days of range time. Its our way of saying thank you for all you do to help us keep the range running. The Volunteer Application form is available here and may be submitted online.

We ask that you complete at least one day of on-the-job training (OJT) to allow you the opportunity to become familiar with our range, the rules, and the operation.

We offer a FREE four hour Range Officer Orientation every few months that goes into detail on the operations of the range and a review of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
To sign up for the next Range Officer class, please contact Mike Abramovich at Info@CertifiedTraining.net
Or come visit us at the range.
